Norwegian Air to fly to Croatia as of July 1
Norwegian Air has announced a list of flights from Scandinavian countries which includes flights to Split and Dubrovnik as of July 1, the Croatian National Tourist Board (HTZ) said on Thursday.
Norwegian Air will connect Oslo and Dubrovnik and Oslo and Split twice a week, and once a week it will fly from Copenhagen to Split and from Stockholm to Split."Following a decision that Swedes can travel outside the country as of June 30, touroperators have embarked on campaigns for charter flight bookings for Croatia. Initially Apollo and TUI will share the flight to Split," the director of HTZ's branch office in Sweden, Vedran Susic, said.
He underscored that the decision to introduce flights to Croatia was published in the Swedish daily Expressen, announcing that travel outside the country to the first category of countries, which includes Croatia, would be possible as of June 30 while the ban on travel to other countries would be lifted at the end of August.
