Valamar opens five-star camping site in Istria

Istra Premium Camping Resort 5*, a five-star camping site and one of the best in the Mediterranean, was opened by the Valamar tourism company in Funtana, Istria, on Friday. Investments in the camping site in the last two years amounted to HRK 280 million, the company said.

Aside from supreme quality services, the first large, five-star camping site in Istria is unique also in terms of the beauty of its location and beaches and the view of the old town of Vrsar and Vrsar archipelago.

The camping site includes a 1,000 square metre water park, an outdoor wellness facility, an area with new attractive mobile homes, numerous restaurants and cafes, and amenities for families with children.

Visitors can choose between various types of accommodation, such as glamping tents and camping villas with private swimming pools. (Hina)
