Low-cost airline inaugurates weekly flights between Helsinki and Pula

A Boeing 707 of the low-cost BLUE 1 airline carrying 67 passengers from Helsinki landed at the airport of the Croatian northern coastal city of Pula on Saturday, which was the first flight between Helsinki and Pula this year.

The Finnish low-cost company is operating weekly flights between the Finnish capital and Pula this year. Some 1,700 guests from Finland are expected to arrive in Istria by air this summer. The Pula airport director, Bruno Rogovic, today expressed satisfaction with this pilot project. (Hina)
