Croatia declared in Sweden as best destination for 7-day trip in 2024

Swedish magazines Travel News and Nordic Bench have reported that surveys which they conducted show that Croatia is perceived by Swedes as the best destination for a seven-day trip in 2024.

The opinion poll conducted among 1,500 respondents show that they vote for Croatia as the best option for a seven-day trip in 2024, the Croatian National Tourism Board (HTZ) stated on Tuesday.

The proclamation of the winners in several categories covered by the survey was held at Travel News Market, the leading B2B travel event in Sweden, which brings together international travel suppliers with the Scandinavian outbound market.

Apart from Croatia, other contenders in that category were Mallorca, the Canary Islands, Cyprus, Turkey, Bulgaria and Albania, the HTZ reported.

Croatia was represented at the Travel News Market by the director of the HTZ Representative Office for Scandinavia, Vedran Sušić.
