Promohotel 2014, the 29th International Fair of Food, Drinks and Equipment for Tourism, opened in the northern Croatian coastal city of Porec on Wednesday and will run through 29 March.
As many as 120 exhibitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Serbia and Spain are displaying their products and services on 3,500 square metres of the fair's premises.
An exhibition of traditional cuisine and agricultural produce, "Promonatur", is also being held as part of the fair.
The event's organiser has said on the Promohotel web site that they offer participants and visitors "the possibility of direct contact with leading producers, touristic operators, owners of touristic facilities and their managers, as well as minor entrepreneurs, such as owners of private accommodation, restaurants and all of those who want to keep up with developments of modern technologies and innovations."
