Croatian Tourism Minister Damir Bajs and representatives of 34 travel agencies signed on Saturday contracts on nonrepayable grants in the total amount of HRK 2.9 million for 169 new services. These services are designed to attract about 250,000 domestic and foreign guests in the tourist sector in the next three years, notably before and after the peak season, Bajs said at the contract-signing ceremony in Jastrebarsko southwest of Zagreb. Those services, planned within the "Get to Know Croatia" programme, are expected to accentuate Croatia's advantages, primarily the cultural and natural resources of our country, he said.
