The international food, drinks and tourism equipment fair "Promohotel" will be held at the Žatika Sports Hall in Poreč from 22 to 25 February, bringing together 160 exhibitors from Croatia and neighbouring countries, the organisers of the fair said on Thursday.
The fair traditionally brings together employees and experts from the tourism and hospitality sector before the tourist season, and this year the exhibitors will present more than 500 global brands from the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants and cafés).
Poreč Mayor Loris Peršurić expressed his satisfaction with the fair, pointing out that Promohotel "has become the harbinger of spring" and that the event marks the beginning of preparations for the season.
