The 26th edition of the GAST fair of food, drinks and hotel and restaurant equipment will take place at Spaladium Arena in Split in 16-19 March.
The four-day fair will bring together over 600 exhibitors from five countries, and it will include several conferences and workshops, GAST director Sanja Vuković Veić told a news conference on Monday.
The event will focus on preparations for the challenging tourist season, she added.
The fair will also include the regional culinary competition "World Skills Croatia" and a national contest of young chefs as part of the qualification process for the world competition of young chefs, organised by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs international association of gastronomy.
