Europe's largest autoclub, the German ADAC, has released an information brochure dedicated to Croatia, presenting it as a tourist destination rich in variety and unforgettable experiences, the Croatian National Tourist Board (HTZ) said on Wednesday.
Noting that ADAC has 22 million members, the director of HTZ's Munich office, Nera Miličić, underscored that the ADAC is the most important source of information on travelling abroad for Germans and that this brochure about Croatia is important also because, since the outbreak of the pandemic, more than 70% of German tourists travel by car.
The brochure entitled "Kroatien: ein Land zum Verlieben" (Croatia: A land to fall in love with) presents Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia with descriptions of their historical and cultural heritage, beaches, inlets, islands, sun and natural beauty as well as Zagreb as the country's capital city. It also presents central Croatia and Slavonia as hidden jewels.
