Preko Municipality, Slovakian Sitno Holding ink sales contract for building plot on Ugljan island

Preko Municipality and Sitno Holding Real Estate have recently signed a contract regulating the sale of a building plot in the tourist zone in Lukoran, in the southwest part of the Ugljan island where the Slovakian company will build 40 villas with pools and tourism and hospitality facilities.

Sitno Holding Real Estate was the only company to take part in a tender for the purchase of 77,085 square metres of the attractive building plot. The Slovakian company offered HRK 19.5 million or € 34.88 per square metre. The asking price was €33.88 per square metre.
 
Headquartered in Bratislava, Sitno Holding also operates in the Czech Republic. It is currently investing over €266 million in various projects.
 
The company, founded in 2000 by former Slovakian Economy Minister Ludovit Cernak, also plans investments in Zadar, Split and the island of Solta. (Hina/FaH)
