The Restructuring and Sale Centre (CERP) on Wednesday signed a HRK 54 million (EUR 7.3 million) contract with the Swiss company Immo Invest Partner on the sale of three business stakes or 100% of the founding capital of the Club Adriatic tourism company. The contract on the transfer of Club Adriatic shares was signed by CERP director Milan Plecas and the managing director of Immo Partner AG, Dzek Djoric, CERP reported on its web site.
"This successfully completes the privatisation process of Club Adriatic d.o.o., 17 years after it was founded by CERP's legal predecessor, the Croatian Privatisation Fund, with the primary intention of converting former military recreation centres into tourism resorts," CERP said.
